Lic.iur. Oliver Senser works as a tax lawyer. He advises and represents individuals and legal entities in the SME sector and self-employed persons in all aspects of tax law (tax procedure law, criminal tax law, real estate profit tax, inheritance tax, VAT and withholding tax). In addition, he is active in related fields of law (especially real estate, inheritance law, corporate law), advises communities of heirs and executors of wills. He draws up wills and acts as executor of wills. He structures companies, trusts and foundations, brokers real estates and companies and accompanies the sale of companies.
Lic.iur. Oliver Senser grew up in Zurich and completed his studies at the University of Zurich (licentiate 1994). After working at the District Court of Zurich and being admitted to the Zurich bar (1998), he joined PriceWaterhouseCoopers and was awarded the title of certified tax expert in 2002. He then worked as a lawyer for Altenburger and as a member of the management of a medium-sized trust company. Since 2008 he has been an independent tax lawyer.
Oliver Senser is married and father of two children.
